Some rules this pertains to:
-Editing
-Linking back/crediting

~ Do you wanna be notified by a fellow doller if the rulebreaker isn't following your rules?
~ Is it ok for other dollers to notify the rulebreakers they're breaking rules?
~ Is a link back required on the page the doll is on or -somewhere- on the site?
~ What if they don't credit you anywhere?
~ How will you try to enforce your rules?
~ What if the rulebreaker still won't comply?

For dollers in general:
~ Do you wanna be notified if you're breaking a basemaker's rules?

It depends on what happend. Frankenbasing would be a reason I want to be notified.

Yes, why not. As long as it is in a friendly way. I've seen a couple of sites where a base-link was wrong or just 'unknown', and people told them the correct link.
~ Is a link back required on the page the doll is on or -somewhere- on the site?
Well, I actually don't care so much. I prefer a link besides the doll, so people can visit the basemaker's site immediately, and do not need to find the correct base-link out of many links.
~ What if they don't credit you anywhere?
When it happens once, it's OK. When I see a site which has no base-links in general, I will try to contact the webmaster and ask to give proper credit.
~ How will you try to enforce your rules?
Since I already had to 'fight' with giving credit some years ago (I had a graphic website) I may have a bit more experience with this. What usually helps is, to contact the rulebreaker. What also helps, if people still don't care about credits, is to ask friends for help. More people do ask to give proper credit then, and the rulebreaker often will link you.
In case of very angry and disrespectful people, my last step is to contact the site host. I don't know any (free) hosts who allow 'stealing' (taking/using an image without the permisson of the creator).
~ What if the rulebreaker still won't comply?
As already said, contacting the host is the last step. I will not go to police just because of a missing link. When the host can't do anything/doesn't want to do, I usually contact the webmaster again and again. Maybe he/she corrects the mistake just to get away from me XD.
